Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • $7 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the ship date, via USPS or comparable carrier.

International shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and carrier. Delivery times vary by country, generally ranging from 7 to 21 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipping outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We are not able to predict, mark down, or remove these charges. Please check with your country's customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, included in your shipping confirmation email. Once your package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are subject to their schedules.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at support@beautifulafrican.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace the order or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
